We went over shading, and shading techniques today. I enjoyed learning how to properly shade with a tattoo machine, and now I feel more confident in my abilities and know I will only get better as time progresses. This school is so much fun, and we actually do learn a lot in a short period of time. Today, I learned how to tune my tattoo gun. The instructor, James, was really informative and a good teacher along with his assistant Mike. We also learned how to use the autoclaving machine. Overall class was good, I’m beginning to feel more comfortable using a tattoo gun.

Today was great! We picked up some shading techniques with black and gray. We also used metal grips and tips today and ran through how to use the autoclave! Lots of info in 4 hours but I like how the class is going so far. When I’m tattooing I feel like I’m in another world and it doesn’t even matter that I’ve been up since 4am!
